北九州、戸畑の地元グルメを久しぶりにいただきました！福岡県北九州市戸畑区『チャンポン福龍』に伺いました。ちゃんぽんと言えば、長崎ちゃんぽんが有名ですが、全国にはちゃんぽんがよく食べられている地域がいくつかあります。こちら戸畑区の「戸畑ちゃんぽん」は地元の労働者かに広まったのが大元です。ちゃんぽんは太めの麺というイメージがありますが、戸畑の麺は細めの蒸し麺を使用しており、旧八幡製鉄所の労働者に素早く提供できるということから人気が出たそうです。ここにしかない味、早速ご覧ください！

I had a local gourmet in Tobata, Kitakyushu for the first time in a long time! We visited "Champon Fukuryu" in Tobata-ku, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Speaking of champon, Nagasaki champon is famous, but there are some areas in Japan where champon is often eaten. The origin of "Tobata Champon" in Tobata Ward was that it spread to local workers. Champon has the image of thick noodles, but Tobata noodles use thin steamed noodles and are said to have become popular because they can be quickly provided to workers at the former Yahata Steel Works. Please have a look at the unique taste!
